Students will refine their soccer skills by dribbling the soccer ball.  This lesson has three parts available.  First, students will dribble the soccer ball from one side of the gym to the other side of the gym while maintaining control of the ball.  Students will have several opportunities to dribble but they will also have time to watch their partners dribble by taking turns.  Second, using the same keywords and techniques as mentioned above students will attempt to dribble the ball with both feet while zigzagging through the cones. Last, following the plans from the first and second parts of this lesson, students will try to keep the ball away from their partner while also being very careful not to lose control of the ball or bump into any other soccer players.

This game was developed as an idea to incorporate large groups (multiple classes) in a smaller space when the weather doesn't permit us to go outside. This is a fast-moving game that allows players to work on throwing, catching, and shooting skills as well as evading and defending tactics. The object of this game is to shoot balls into your opponents' goals while defending your own goal. Using teamwork and game strategy, the team will determine the best way to do this. Once a goal is filled up with the eight balls of its team's color, the round is over. At the end of each round, the number of all balls in each goal will be counted and recorded. At the end of class (5-6 rounds), the totals will be calculated to determine the winning team, the team with the FEWEST balls counted in its basket.

This activity is very similar to volleyball with the object of the game to strike the ball over the net. Each team can choose to hit the ball to any of the three opponents sides after an underhand serve starts the game. Allow unlimited hits to get the ball over the net. If a team makes a mistake (i.e., they hit the ball out, into the net, or they miss a serve) they receive a "wammi". During the course of the playing time, each team is trying to get the LEAST number of "wammis" possible. The team who loses the previous point will have the right to serve the next point. This is activity will help students practice volleyball skills and communication while in a small game-like situation.

Supplements are quite important because they enable you to get nutrients that you could be missing in your food. Food is the best source of nutrients since it is all natural. However, this is subject to the type of diet. Nutrients of the particular foods available to you may also be diminished. Over the years, the soil has lost its nutrients due to soil degradation, meaning that foods grown in it may not have enough nutrients required by the body. This will, therefore, mean that you will need to supplement your diet. There are important things that you need to factor in before buying your supplements, to ensure you get the best. This information material identifies the important things to look for when purchasing supplements.
