Activity Details
The teacher will distribute the worksheet, Questions About Physicals. The students will use the resource, Teens Health, to research the components of medical requirements for athletics. The students will turn in the worksheet when completed.

The teacher will assess the students' work by checking their answers to the worksheet, Questions About Physicals. The teacher should ensure all recorded information is accurate.
Variation Tips
If the student has completed a physical in the past, then students can elaborate on the process of getting a physical.
Background / Preparation
In preparing for the activity, the teacher/coach will need to reserve the computer lab or media center so that the students can use the resource, Teens Health. The teacher will copy the worksheet, Questions About Physicals, giving one to each student.
