Overview

The purpose of this assessment is to have students self monitor their jump roping skills. The assessments let students know what jumps they need to spend more time practicing. This assessment can be used as a self-assessment or a peer assessment. The jumps listed on the jump rope checklist should be jumps the students have practiced during the week.
