Halloween and the Conditional Tense

Overview

This intermediate low to intermediate mid-French activity is a perfect lesson to incorporate during the month of October. Using Halloween as a theme, students will practice with the conditional tense using a set of proposed,  “Si ___ puis ___” . A slide presentation is included to introduce can-do statements for this activity and to guide the class through the different questions. The activity wraps up with an optional target language video about Halloween in Quebec. If you would like to use this activity during another time of the year, simply change the background of the slide show and omit the optional video.
