Attempt to dribble a ball with one hand using consecutive contacts.
Attempt to dribble a ball with one hand using consecutive contacts.
The purpose of this activity is for students to dribble the ball at a pace in which they can be successful. Students will line up on the one sideline and dribble across the court to the other sideline maintaining ball control. If students lose control they must start over. If students make it to the other side, they must stay there and continue dribbling in their own personal space until the activity is ended by the teacher.
This alignment results from the ALEX Health/PE COS Resource Alignment Summit.
